Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
1 C Bell pepper, small dice
½ C Onion, minced
½ C Parsley or cilantro, finely chopped
2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Company Yucatecan Recado Rojo
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Optional: 2 Cloves finely chopped fresh garlic
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Use as a condiment with cooked beef, chicken, pork or fish.
