Smoked Chicken Legs
Ingredients:
12 Chicken legs
Olive oil to coat
Teeny Tiny Spice Company blend of choice
(Suggested blends: Cajun Spice, Jamaican Jerk, Perfection Spice Rub, WhoopAss)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brush chicken legs with enough olive oil to coat well.
Sprinkle spices, salt and pepper on each leg.
Set smoker to 275°F,
Smoke for 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 175°F.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with a drizzle of sriracha.
