Mango Jerk Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
4 Red jalapeños
1 Green jalapeño
2 Habaneros
1 Mango
3 Limes, juiced + zest
8 Cloves of garlic
1 Tbs Honey
1 C Apple cider vinegar
1/2 C water
Salt to taste
(Suggested blends: Jamaican Jerk, Seaside, Yucatecan Recado Rojo, Oaxacan Adobo)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cool and pour into sterile 4 oz mason jars or hot sauce jars. Store in the refrigerator for 6 months to one year.
