Mexican Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
½ cup full fat Greek yogurt
2 limes, juiced, plus zest
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
(Suggested blends: Oaxacan Adobo, Yucatecan Recado Rojo, Tolucan Chorizo, or Za'atar)
Notes:
You can use this as a dipping sauce for vegetables, wings, or bread. You can also top dishes with it including chicken, nachos, and wings.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled.
